Privacy Statement

Thank you for your interest in our company and our website. Protecting your privacy is our key concern. To learn about how we handle and what we do with your personal data, please read the following information.

Please be advised that we do not accept any liability for external links to third-party content. Although checked scrupulously, we are not responsible for the data transfer, choosing the recipient of the content transferred nor selecting or modifying the content transferred.

We collect, process and use your data in conformity with statutory regulations. Please visit www.handwerk-bw.de, www.datenschutz.de or similar sites to find more extensive information about these regulations.

Collecting and processing of (personally identifiable) information

You may visit our website without having to enter any personal data. All we will save is your non-personalised access data such as the access date and time, the name of your Internet service provider, the page you came from, or the name of the file you accessed. We analyse this data for the sole purpose of improving our services; there is no possibility of tracing it back to you.

Personal data will be collected only to the extent voluntarily disclosed by you through your email contact. We will not use the data you disclose for any other purpose than fulfilling and handling your inquiry or order unless you give your explicit consent for us to do so.

Disclosure of personally identifiable data

Any personal data you may have made available to us will be solely used for the technical administration of our web pages and to address your needs and requirements with specific regard to managing our mutual agreement or to responding to your inquiry.

We also guarantee that, we will not disclose any of your personal data to third parties except if obliged by law or upon your prior consent.

Automatically collected personally non-identifiable data; creating cookies; utility programs; active content

When accessing our web pages, automatically generated data (i.e. data not created via registration) which cannot be connected to a specific person (e.g. by an Internet browser or operating system; domain names of websites with web-linked access to our site; number of visits; average time spent on our site; pages accessed from here) is collected. We use this data in our ongoing effort of improving, updating and, thus enhancing the appeal of our site.

When accessing our website(s), certain data requested by us may be stored on your computer as "cookies" which helps us to automatically recognise your computer the next time you access our page.
Cookies help us to adapt a specific page according to your preferences and to save your password so that you do not have to enter it again among other features.

In case you do not wish us to recognise your computer data, please set your Internet browser so that cookies are removed from your computer's hard disk, all cookies are disabled, or that you receive a warning before a cookie is saved.

Providing services on our web pages may involve running Java applets, Active-X controls, Java Script or other script languages. If your own safety settings disallow the use of these utility programs or active content, please go to your Internet browser's preferences and disable these options.

Creating pseudonymous usage profiles for web analysis

This website uses the open source Piwik service for web analysis. Piwik uses so-called "cookies" which are text files stored on your computer allowing us to analyse your own website usage. To do so, the cookie generates website usage data stored on our server. Prior to saving, the IP address is made anonymous.

The website usage information generated by cookies is not disclosed to third parties. You can change the relevant browser setting to prevent such cookies from being saved. Please be advised, however, that you may not be able to fully access all website functions.

Tick the option below if you do not agree to us saving and using your data. If you do, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser to prevent Piwik from saving any usage data. Remember, though, that deleting your cookies will also delete Piwik's opt-out cookie. You will have to re-enable the opt-out cookie when you return to our site.

Data security

We apply technical and organisational means to safeguard our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access to, modification or circulation of your data by unauthorised persons. Despite periodic checks and audits, complete protection against all risks is not always possible.
The Internet is generally considered an insecure medium of communication. Compared to telephone lines for example, unauthorised persons can intercept, record or even modify data transferred much more easily via the Internet. We use SSL encryption in order to guarantee confidentiality of all communications with you. This method of 128-bit encryption is recognised as secure by the most current state of knowledge. All latest-generation browsers achieve this level of safety. Consider updating the browser installed on your PC, as appropriate.

Right to be informed

You may request information about your saved personal data, its origin and recipients, the purpose of saving it, and about the persons and entities we periodically transfer the data to at any time. You are also entitled to request that your personal data is corrected and, provided that all statutory requirements are met, that such data is blocked or deleted.

Please contact our data privacy officer if you wish to know more about how we collect, process or use personally identifiable information, if you wish to use your right to be informed, correct, block or delete any personal data, or if you wish to revoke previous consent of use:
